Flexible C-Frame Options for Optimal Coverage

The alpha.ti 5.0 system is available in multiple C-frame versions with measuring depths of 500 mm, 1000 mm, 1500 mm, and 2100 mm. These configurations support cross-profile thickness measurement while maintaining consistent precision across the entire width.

Thickness Measurement System for 2 Meter wide strips

The patented drift compensation system ensures that measurement accuracy remains unaffected by mechanical deformations. A built-in deformation sensor monitors the frame's stability with 0.5 µm precision, automatically correcting for any structural shifts.

With a measuring frequency of up to 67 kHz, strips over two meters wide can be measured along the strip direction, and in addition, in transverse strip direction for cross profile measurement.
