The alpha.hot3D laser gauge system predicts the cold dimensions of a forged part within seconds after forging. This allows you to check whether the forming process is running properly as soon as the first parts have been produced. If this is not the case, you can immediately take measures to adjust it.

The system measures parts up to 1200°C hot, capturing their entire contour and calculating their cold dimensions with an accuracy starting from ±25 μm. Consequently, the system allows you to adjust the forging process in seconds after the first formed part.
